Financial Controller (f/m)
experienced in operational industrial controlling
Responsibilities:
- Interface between divisional management/divisional controlling and the respective local company
- Support of the local Finance Directors in reporting and benchmarking, ad-hoc analyses and the independent preparation of reports and presentations for the divisional management/divisional controller
- Participation in local budgeting, monthly reporting and annual statements
- Support of the local company in special projects (e.g.: the introduction of a new ERP system)
- Support and in optimization projects
- Ensuring continuous reporting within existing and new management information systems
Qualifications:
- Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or Accounting
- Having at least five years of experience in accounting, finance and controlling functions
- Experience in operational industrial controlling is a must
- Having good time management skills to ensure timely recording and reporting of results
- Proactive personality, eager to develop the environment and systems with new ideas
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Turkish Accounting System and Tax Legislations
- Knowledge of international accounting standards is an advantage
- Command of MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Target oriented and able to work independently, to manage his/her own activities
- High motivation to cooperate with others as a team player
- Very good written and oral command of English
