Financial Controller (f/m)
experienced in operational industrial controlling

Responsibilities:

• Interface between divisional management/divisional controlling and the respective local company
• Support of the local Finance Directors  in reporting and benchmarking, ad-hoc analyses and the independent preparation of reports and presentations for the divisional management/divisional controller
• Participation in local budgeting, monthly reporting and annual statements
• Support of the local company in special projects (e.g.: the introduction of a new ERP system)
• Support and in optimization projects
• Ensuring continuous reporting within existing and new management information systems

Qualifications:

• Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics/Finance or  Accounting
• Having at least five years of experience in accounting, finance and controlling functions
• Experience in operational industrial controlling is a must
• Having good time management skills to ensure timely recording and reporting of results
• Proactive personality, eager to develop the environment and systems with new ideas
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Turkish Accounting System and Tax Legislations
• Knowledge of international accounting standards is an advantage
• Command of MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Target oriented and able to work independently, to manage his/her own activities
• High motivation to cooperate with others as a team player
• Very good written and oral command of English
