Arkel is looking for a Technical Support Engineer/Specialist to join our Technical Services Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor and associate degree, preferably graduated from Electric, Electronics or Mechanical ,
- Good command of German-English (both verbal and written)
- Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications,
- Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- No travel restrictions,
- Valid driving license,
- Resident in Istanbul Asia side,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls via the Whatsapp line, generating solutions to customers' requests, problems and complaints,
- If needed ARKEL customers will be supported in job side to solve technical problems,
- If ARKEL needs technical information for their customer candidates will join in international exhibitions.
