INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
At CO-STRAP, our successful sales team is the driving force of our company. Being one of the largest producers of corded strapping in the world, we are seeking a talented, hardworking, energetic, motivated sales representative to join our sales force. Past work experience in our industry is not necessary. However, our new team member must have a strong understanding of the sales process, utilize modern marketing and networking tools to generate new leads & understand how to close deals. We don’t need another veteran sales rep with a big, existing portfolio. We are more interested in your skillset and your potential to develop and build upon that skillset. In short, we want you to have the capacity and drive to create your own customer portfolio. We export to more than 50 countries around the globe. Your language skills (English and German) and your ability to navigate with ease through different (business) cultures in the world are also essential to this job. You must be able to travel for work, understand our products and present them in the most compelling way possible. SALES ASSISTANT

Being one of the largest producers of corded strapping in the world, we are seeking a talented, hardworking, energetic, motivated sales assistant to join our team. A sales assistant position is essential to allow primarily our sales reps to focus exclusively on their sales growth, but also for increasing the overall operational efficiency by proper coordination of the incoming orders. Past work experience in our industry is not necessary. We are more interested in your skillset and your potential to build upon that skillset, your capacity for growth, and willingness and drive to learn and develop. Our new team member must have a strong understanding of the support role and teamwork involved within the sales process, have familiarity and interest in modern B2B marketing and networking tools (Amazon, Alibaba, etc.) must like to work in an industrial setting and stay engaged with all the departments from sales, marketing to logistics, warehouse, and production. Communication skills are also key to be an effective team member within this workflow. We export to more than 50 countries around the globe. Your language skills (English and German) and your openness to understand how to navigate with ease through different (business) cultures in the world are also essential to this job. You must eventually be able to travel for work if necessary for trade shows, understand our products and learn to present them in the most compelling way possible.
